We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst / QA Test Lead to support complex enterprise-level projects within the Health and Human Services domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in manual and automated testing, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and QA leadership in large-scale environments.

This role requires hands-on experience in test planning, execution, automation, and quality assurance management across multiple high-profile initiatives in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities for complex enterprise applications.
• Prepare and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Coordinate test execution activities and ensure quality deliverables meet project standards.
• Review test results and obtain approvals/sign-offs from key stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites.
• Track, manage, and report software defects using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, SDLC/STLC methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead QA efforts within Health and Human Services-related projects and functional domains.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience working on complex software projects.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst or QA Lead.
• Minimum 84 months of client-focused QA experience managing testing across multiple high-profile projects within matrix organizations.
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience:
  • Developing test plans and test cases
  • Tracking defects
  • Developing automated tests
• Minimum 60 months of experience using:
  • Jira
  • Jira plug-ins
  • ALM / Quality Center
  • Related defect tracking and test management tools
• Minimum 60 months of experience configuring automated testing using:
  • Selenium
  • Katalon Studio
  • Related automation tools
• Minimum 36 months of experience leading functional test planning and execution activities in the Health and Human Services domain.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Or a related technical field
