We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst / QA Test Lead to support complex enterprise-level projects within the Health and Human Services domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in manual and automated testing, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and QA leadership in large-scale environments.
This role requires hands-on experience in test planning, execution, automation, and quality assurance management across multiple high-profile initiatives in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage testing activities for complex enterprise applications.
- Prepare and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
- Coordinate test execution activities and ensure quality deliverables meet project standards.
- Review test results and obtain approvals/sign-offs from key stakeholders.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites.
- Track, manage, and report software defects using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, SDLC/STLC methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead QA efforts within Health and Human Services-related projects and functional domains.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience working on complex software projects.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst or QA Lead.
- Minimum 84 months of client-focused QA experience managing testing across multiple high-profile projects within matrix organizations.
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience:
- Developing test plans and test cases
- Tracking defects
- Developing automated tests
- Minimum 60 months of experience using:
- Jira
- Jira plug-ins
- ALM / Quality Center
- Related defect tracking and test management tools
- Minimum 60 months of experience configuring automated testing using:
- Selenium
- Katalon Studio
- Related automation tools
- Minimum 36 months of experience leading functional test planning and execution activities in the Health and Human Services domain.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Or a related technical field
