Neosho Valley Feeders, a commercial Feedyard located in Parsons, KS, is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Maintenance Operations position.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in all areas of the maintenance department, including equipment operation, light duty mechanic work, and general manual labor
- General welding and fabrication throughout the operation
- Assist with farming operations, including tillage, spraying, fence maintenance and drainage work
- Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall operational integrity of all equipment
- Continual observation of feedyard operational areas to report any issues
- Maintain safe company facilities and work areas
Qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:
- Prior experience in the agriculture industry is preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment
- A positive, team-work attitude and excellent work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Valid Driver's License
