We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger/Commitment Accounting Analyst to support concurrent upgrades and implement new module projects for state government financial systems.

The candidate must have experience in state government accounting, dual systems reconciliation, and be able to perform standard business analyst duties.

Responsibilities Include

• Requirements analysis
• Facilitating meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Documenting complex system requirements and processes
• Developing test scenarios and scripts
• Preparing training materials
• Conducting hands-on testing
• Supporting multiple test cycles
  
  

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for all project communications and deliverables.

This position may require work outside standard business hours, depending on project needs.

This is currently a remote position; if it should become hybrid, in-office schedules will be negotiated.

This position will be reprocured for fiscal year 2027.

• 4 years Preferred — Hands-on experience working with Texas state agencies’ PeopleSoft FSCM (CAPPS Financials) system
• 4 years Preferred — Hands-on experience working in Scrum framework and Jira Jira
• 2 years Preferred — Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SharePoint SharePoint lists
• 2 years Preferred — Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams features
