Neos is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Administrator II to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is responsible for administering and supporting the SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and resources.
The Workers Responsibilities And Skills Must Include:
Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
7 years Experience in identity and access management.
4years Hands-on experience administering SailPoint and/or Ping Identity solutions.
7 years Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
7 years Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
7 years Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IAM requirements.
7 years Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement management.
7 years Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM platform issues.
7 years Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards.
7 years Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop documents need in support of the solution.
5 years Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
