The successful candidate will provide back-end support for client’s Safety Incident Management System (Cority), which is also used for other enterprise-level functions. The position will perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions.

Worker Skills And Qualifications
- 8 years experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting.
- 8 years experience using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system.
- 1 year experience creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology systems.
- 3 years experience using the Cority GX2 platform specifically.
- 3 years experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support.
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- 1–3 years providing professional technical customer service to users.
