You'll work closely with the Head of Payments to investigate fraud, manage disputes, and support the development of our fraud and risk models. This role combines operational precision with analytical problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

About The Role

What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve fraud cases across Neon's payment systems
- Partner with customer support to manage and improve the dispute process
- Surface insights from cases to inform fraud model development and risk strategy
- Collaborate with product and data teams to refine detection logic and workflows
- 1–3 years of experience in fraud, risk, or payment operations
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process
- Comfortable using data tools and collaborating with technical partners
- Excited to build scalable systems that balance trust, safety, and growth
- Able to work from our offices in San Francisco or New York City
