With a lean and highly technical team, the company is already profitable and working directly with leading AI labs and Fortune 100 companies. They are building the underlying infrastructure powering next-generation video AI systems and rapidly scaling their customer base.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage relationships with top AI lab customers end-to-end
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer engagements
- Understand customer ML workflows, data pipelines, and model training processes
- Translate customer needs into clear internal requirements for engineering and data teams
- Scope and manage projects across data generation, benchmarking, and platform operations
- Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support new customer acquisition through demos, technical scoping, and proposals
- Operate and improve contributor/data platforms used for dataset generation
- Work cross-functionally with product, research, and engineering teams
- Help define product direction based on customer insights and emerging AI trends
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–3 years of experience in product ops, technical ops, or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of ML/AI workflows, including data pipelines and model training
- Experience working with AI labs, data companies, or ML infrastructure platforms
- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into structured technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- High ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving ability
Preferred
- Experience with human data pipelines or dataset generation workflows
- Background working with frontier AI labs or research teams
- Exposure to video, multimodal AI, or large-scale data systems
- Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to operate in ambiguity
Compensation and Benefits
