Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects across the organization. This role ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s goals. The Program Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, identifies and mitigates risks, tracks progress, and implements process improvements to help drive efficiency and measurable outcomes. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects meet objectives while supporting overall organizational priorities.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
1. Program & Project Management
- Lead day-to-day execution of programs and projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Track milestones, budgets, deliverables, and manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across business units.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business partners to ensure clear communication.
- Provide project updates, dashboards, and reports to management and leadership.
- Support executive-level presentations and program status reporting.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of program components.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between projects to prevent bottlenecks.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including contract and SLA negotiations.
4. Process Improvement, Change Enablement & Quality
- Assist in implementing process improvements, standard operating procedures, and organizational changes.
- Support adoption of project management tools and methodologies (Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Participate in post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
5. Analytical & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and perform data analysis to monitor program performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience managing projects or programs in corporate or multi-business environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficient in project management software such as Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent executive communication, executive presence, ability to influence senior leaders, stakeholder management, continuous improvement (Agile/Lean/Six Sigma) and change leadership.
