What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at 3rd Millennium Classrooms?
A Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships with universities, secondary schools, courts or agencies.
Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, account relationship building, completion of Hubspot tasks, setting up new accounts, and submitting proposals for government or agency approved licensure.
The Program Manager is a primary contact for new and established customers.
Must have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to deliver presentations tailored to audience needs, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Must be self-managed, highly motivated, and target driven.
Multiple Program Manager positions available. Must be located in the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan area.
