NEOGOV is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our salesforce operations team. You will be a key stakeholder for the ongoing architecture, maintenance, and support of existing Salesforce-related systems, integrations, and platforms.
This is an onsite role Mon-Fri at the Draper, Utah office, El Segundo, CA office, or San Clemente, CA office.
What You Will Do
NEOGOV is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our salesforce operations team. You will be a key stakeholder for the ongoing architecture, maintenance, and support of existing Salesforce-related systems, integrations, and platforms.
This is an onsite role Mon-Fri at the Draper, Utah office, El Segundo, CA office, or San Clemente, CA office.
What You Will Do
- Design, maintain, and optimize Salesforce lead, contact, account, and opportunity processes.
- Support and enhance SDR workflows including lead routing, assignment rules, cadence integrations, and KPI dashboards.
- Implement and refine integrations with sales and marketing productivity tools (Outreach, Gong, Eloqua).
- Create and maintain automation to support prospecting, qualification, and handoff processes.
- Optimize lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and MQL/SQL criteria in collaboration with marketing and SDR leadership.
- Build and manage forecasting, pipeline health, and activity reporting for sales leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations to enhance functionalities.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, features and recommend best practices for optimal system performance.
- Actively participate in team meetings and be a part of planning and design sessions with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare user training materials and conduct periodic training sessions.
- 6 years of Salesforce Administration experience including valid Advanced Administrator certification(s).
- Experience with ETL tools, data loaders.
- Experience with Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove).
- Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce Lightning reports and Dashboards.
- Experience building Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and having fundamental Database knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience working in a scrum environment and managing sprints and stories effectively.
