What You Will Do
The Sales Skills Trainer will design and facilitate sales development programs that sharpen NEOGOV’s go-to-market edge. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to create consistent, scalable, and impactful learning that helps reps win smarter — from discovery through renewal.
- Deliver ongoing training on discovery, negotiation, storytelling, and sales methodologies
- Build onboarding and continuous learning paths for XDRs, AE, AMs & SE.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with strategy and product updates.
- Certify reps on sales competencies using assessments, simulations, and manager
- feedback.
- Track training effectiveness and report ROI through performance metrics.
- 5 years in SaaS sales training, enablement, or full-cycle sales.
- Expertise in consultative or value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar).
- Strong facilitation skills — both virtual and in-person.
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact and identifying skill gaps.
