Responsibilities
- Implement and follow archival processing procedures for effective records management
- Utilize taxonomy and classification principles to organize records accurately
- Maintain and update content management systems
- File, retrieve, and track physical and electronic records
- Manage metadata to improve searchability and retrieval accuracy
- Ensure all record-keeping practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Proofread and review records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Support administrative tasks related to record maintenance and departmental operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in records management is a plus
- Proficiency in archival processing and record organization techniques
- Familiarity with taxonomy principles and metadata management
- Experience using content management or document management systems
