Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and operational support for Special Tactics training programs.
- Conduct training involving weapons, personnel recovery, airborne operations, land navigation, and related SOF skills.
- Demonstrate safe weapons handling and oversee range operations.
- Support field exercises, aircraft infiltration/exfiltration events, and high-angle training as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Minimum 5 years as a USAF Pararescue 7-level.
- Minimum 3 years Air Force Special Tactics experience.
- Active Secret Clearance
