Job Overview
The Task Lead (Senior) serves as the on-site lead responsible for execution of contract requirements, workforce synchronization, and direct coordination with Government leadership. This role ensures mission alignment, contract compliance, and delivery of high-quality services in a secure USSOCOM environment.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead daily task execution, prioritization, and workforce management.
- Serve as primary interface with COR and Government stakeholders.
- Ensure contract compliance, performance monitoring, and quality control.
- Track workforce readiness, availability, and surge requirements.
- Manage travel approvals ensuring cost and mission alignment.
- Produce weekly reports including risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain operational continuity and resolve tasking conflicts.
- Enforce documentation standards and deliverable quality.
Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years DoD/federal contract operations leadership.
- Experience working with Government representatives (COR).
- Experience in secure environments (e.g., SCIF/AFB).
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or TSOC environments.
- Familiarity with travel regulations (JTR/FAR).
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
