Supports the Special Tactics Training Squadron by providing instruction, curriculum support, or educational development services in accordance with contract requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Combat Control instruction and operational support.
- Conduct training in SOF tactics, communications, assault zone operations, and mission planning.
- Demonstrate weapons employment and ensure training safety.
- Support field exercises and aircraft operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Minimum Requirements/Education:
- Minimum 5 years as a USAF Combat Control 7-level.
- Current FAA Class II Flight Physical.
- Active Secret Clearance
