Job Overview

The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support joint exercise planning and execution.
• Develop training scenarios and objectives.
• Coordinate across joint/interagency partners.
• Support readiness assessments and reporting.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• 10 years SOF experience.
• Former E-7 /CW2 /O-3 .
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years JTS experience.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exercise control (EXCON) experience.
• Training development and scenario writing.
  
  

Security Requirement

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
