Required Knowledge And Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills; accurate and detail orientated as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff at various levels. Attention to detail and accuracy a must.

- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Expense Management: Process expense reports and maintain accurate records.
