They are growing, and they’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can help power that growth with precision, professionalism, and heart.
About the Role
This role is instrumental in keeping priorities aligned, operations running smoothly, and communication flowing effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage busy email inboxes: flag priorities, maintain timely responses, and streamline communication.
- Own and protect the Founder’s calendar, scheduling, rescheduling, anticipating needs, and securing focus time.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate assignments using Monday.com to keep deadlines and strategic goals on course.
- Prepare and polish reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Support HR and administrative workflows, including onboarding tasks, document organization, and compliance follow-ups.
- Provide office management support (supplies, vendor coordination, and ensuring an organized, welcoming workspace).
- Execute ad hoc operational tasks that keep internal processes running cleanly.
- Maintain follow-up and follow-through using Monday.com and other internal systems to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications (required and preferred)
- Impeccable organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- ability to work 3 days/week in office.
- A proactive mindset- anticipating needs before they surface.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management platforms.
- Discretion, professionalism, and comfort working with sensitive information.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to support across the organization.
