Vice President of Training & Development
Location: Napa or Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
We’re partnering with a highly respected, community-focused financial institution seeking a Vice President of Training & Development to lead organizational development and learning initiatives across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and executing strategies that drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a strong, people-first culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute enterprise-wide training and leadership development strategies
- Partner with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business goals
- Build and scale comprehensive learning programs, including leadership and career development
- Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and organizational impact
- Oversee budgeting, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts
- Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in training, organizational development, or related field
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within a financial institution or regulated environment
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence at the executive level
- Experience building programs from the ground up (e.g., “university-style” training)
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Compensation:
- $174K – $194K base (DOE) comprehensive benefits package
