What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Nelson Connects?
You will start on the warehouse floor and, if they work out, will eventually operate an order picker.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-5pm and Saturday 6am-12pm
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Order Fulfillment
General Warehouse Operations
Order Picker Operation: Ability to retrieve items from high rack locations
Qualifications & Requirements:
High accuracy in picking and packing orders
Ability to follow pick lists, packing instructions, and SOPs
Order picker certification (electric or stand‐up)
Experience with RF scanners or handheld devices
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Previous high‐volume warehouse or distribution center experience
