Marketing Coordinator (Contract 4-7 months)
Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who supports key marketing initiatives across promotions, retail marketing, communications, and collateral management. This role partners closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and ongoing projects.
This position pays: $28.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate operator illustration trafficking from initial intake through proofing, approvals, and final print production with third-party agencies
- Conduct weekly coupon performance reporting using MicroStrategy; maintain accurate redemption logs in Excel
- Proof weekly advertising materials to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, sizing, and promotional details
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to source and select customer testimonials for advertising use
- Support store grand opening recaps by analyzing app download data and populating reporting templates
- Provide ongoing marketing support for weekly projects and ad hoc initiatives
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
