We are partnering with a well-established and growing company in the restaurant/hospitality industry seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to join their team in Petaluma. What they’re looking for:
Strong payroll experience required
Experience processing high-volume hourly payroll preferred
Paylocity experience highly desired
Restaurant and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable auditing payroll, balancing reports, and managing complex payroll items
Good Excel and computer skills
About the role:
This position supports approximately 300 employees and involves biweekly payroll processing, including multiple pay rates, tips, PTO adjustments, and timekeeping systems including Paylocity and Toast. During non-payroll weeks, this individual will also assist with HR coordination and employee support functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a key part of a growing organization and eventually become a strong payroll partner and backup resource for the team.
