Seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client's team with wine experience.

You will have the opportunity to represent an amazing restaurant with a wonderful wine portfolio.

The ideal candidate must have previous restaaurnat management expereince.

What you will be doing:

• Complete daily orders liquor, wine, beer, side bar, glassware

• Inventory and order appropriate supplies liquor, wine, beer, side bar, paper goods, cleaning supplies, general supplies

• Aspire to make the people around you better and understand that your success is based off of the success of your team

• Train your employees on the importance of our People Culture, Food Culture and Business Culture

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by serving fresh and delicious food

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager to prepare for the next position within the company

• Supervises inventories of china, glassware and silverware

• Provide guidance to food and beverage department managers

• Assists and supports management to promote strong sales, by focusing on the Team

• Engages in guest interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner

What You Bring:

• Demonstrates attention to detail

• Exercises discretion and independent judgment on important restaurant business Attends to priorities

• Well organized in all aspects of job performance

• Personal computers and related software applications

• Table setting experience

• Systematically conducts follow up

• Food preparation and inventory control procedures

• Labor Laws

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identification, and serving alcohol)

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results

• Must have prior work experience working in a 5-Star hotel, managing and motivating a multi-culture workforce
