Business Development Associate/Service Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and organized Business Development Agent to join our automotive Service Department. This role is responsible for scheduling service appointments using proper service coding, informing people of recommended maintenance, managing customer communications/expectations, calling customers to for mobile service/recalls, and ensuring the shop operates at maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate would be someone with service advisor experience but would like a simpler less stressful job.

If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a basic understanding of vehicles, this is a great opportunity to grow within the automotive industry.

Requirements:

• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Inform clients of recommended maintenance based on vehicle mileage and service history
• Organize daily appointments to maximize shop productivity and technician efficiency
• Manage Service Department Remote Experience processes
• Assist with warranty and extended warranty documentation and processes
• Maintain an accurate and organized service calendar
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive components
• Previous customer service, call center, sales, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
• Professional and team-oriented attitude
