What You’ll Do
- Review and screen applications for entry-level technician positions
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling and onboarding steps
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for approval
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure candidates complete required tasks
- Respond to incoming HR and recruiting-related inquiries
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
- Assist with interview scheduling and calendar coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates, employees, and managers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with recruiting, HR support, customer service, or administrative work
- Experience with ADP Workforce NOW is a plus
