B2B Outside Sales Representative (Hunter)
This is a field-based, hunter-focused outside sales role responsible for driving new business across the NYC and Boroughs area. You’ll own the front end of the sales cycle by prospecting, building relationships, and closing new commercial customers for kitchen ventilation, fire protection, and related service solutions.
We modernize fire protection, kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, grease trap services, and related commercial kitchen solutions.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Close new business and transition accounts to long-term support teams
- Collaborate with operations, technicians, and inside sales to ensure successful onboarding
- Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM

- Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair
- Fire – fire protection and suppression systems
- Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of B2B outside sales or new business development experience preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceTrade, or similar preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Kansas City metro

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
