New Nissan Master Technician employees are eligible for $25,000 sign on bonus payable as follows: The first payment will be on the next regularly scheduled pay date following the date that Employee reports to work. The second payment will be made on the next regularly scheduled pay date following completion of 3 months of satisfactory or above employment. be made on the next regularly scheduled pay date following completion of 6 months of satisfactory or above employment. The final payout will be made on the next regularly scheduled pay date following completion of 12 months of satisfactory or above employment.

Receipt and amount of the sign-on bonus will be determined based on the following factors:
- The Employee's relevant professional experience in the field related to the offered position; and
- The Employee's active certifications, licenses, or credentials deemed valuable and applicable to the role by the Employer.
