As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing products, supporting quality assurance processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. This position works closely with management, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
This pay range for this position will be $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary
- Conduct incoming inspections of purchased products and final inspections of outgoing products.
- Support non-conformance resolution by collaborating with management, engineering, production, and the Quality Manager.
- Audit and help improve quality processes across production operations.
- Maintain and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
- Complete and manage customer quality documentation as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and process flows.
- Uphold ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance through documentation and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality or inspection role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use basic measuring tools (e.g., tape measure).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
