Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including quote preparation, order tracking, and follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing files, and internal project trackers
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and following up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, technical) to resolve customer concerns
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and monthly sales reports
- Monitor and report on sales trends, order status, and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer service a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, logistics.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
