Our production organization plays a key role in delivering high-quality and efficient packaging solutions to our customers. In this role, you will lead daily production activities, ensure efficient use of materials and manpower, and help create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment.

As Production Supervisor, You Will
- Lead and support daily production operations
- Supervise and motivate production employees
- Ensure production schedules are completed on time
- Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and other functions to keep operations running smoothly
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Your profile
We are looking for a hands-on leader with experience from a manufacturing environment and a passion for people, safety, and operational excellence.
You Likely Have
- A technical degree, Associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings/documents
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Spanish is a plus
