We offer relocation assistance along with per diem for potential out of market candidates. We are seeking Tower Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong telecommunications background, a commitment to safety, a keen eye for detail, pride in workmanship and an excellent ability to work in a team environment. As a Tower Technician, you will assist the lead with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications sites and related equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards. A $1,500 sign on bonus may be offered for this position! What We Offer

- 2 years minimum of industry climbing experience (2 years or experience preferred, not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Background check followed by review
- Drug screening and physical followed by passing background check

Position requires the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift body weight, PPE, equipment, tools and/or boxes. You must be able to safely perform the following types of activities daily as a part of your regular duty position.
- Lift/Carry 0-100 lbs. depending upon role, height of lift 0-8’ depending upon role, distance of carry varies based upon position.
- Pushing up to 75 lbs. occasionally up to 33% of the workday.
- Pulling up to 75 lbs. frequently up to 60% of the workday.
- Climbing and balancing - constantly up to 90% of the workday.
- Bending, squatting, reaching, fingering, feeling and repetition frequently up to 66% of the workday.
- Twisting, crawling, kneeling – occasionally up to 33% of the workday.
- Hand and foot motion – frequently up to 100% of the workday
- Temperature tolerance; extreme heat and cold - occasionally
- Vibration of power tools - occasionally
