Job Description:

Neat Companies is searching for an Off-Site Warehouse Loader in our Fairfield, TX distribution center.  This employee will be a crucial and essential link between the warehouse and the delivery driver. They must be organized to manage facility inventory and skilled to build secure and efficient loads. The successful candidate will perform assigned duties to support inventory control, warehouse and yard management and loading of product while fostering our vision for world class customer service, safety and performance!  Join us for a job but stay for a career!

Duties:

• Ensure inventory in warehouse and on yard is organized and secure.
• Unload inbound inventory deliveries and maintain a First In / First Out supply rotation.
• Maintain equipment and facility in clean and functional condition.
• Operate forklift safely, effectively and in accordance with company policy, while maintaining any required certifications.
• Load and secure farm & ranch products for customer delivery.
• Check returning vehicles for cull product and follow relative process.
• Reports any irregularities, discrepancies or safety hazards to facility manager
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education
• Experience in warehouse, forklift and transportation a plus.
• Must pass a drug test and obtain forklift certification.
• Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organization skills, with the ability to work independently and pickup industry knowledge quickly.
• Must possess sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform the essential job functions, including the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing and able to work in outdoor environment consisting of seasonal heat and cold, along with other outdoor elements.
• Lead by example.
