- Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse and service vehicles in ServiceTitan.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorder processes before shortages occur.
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies using data from ServiceTitan.
- Organize warehouse parts and products for efficient picking and distribution.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Allocate and distribute inventory to technicians’ trucks or job staging areas.
- Create and manage purchase orders through ServiceTitan or integrated systems, ensuring materials are ordered on time.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries, backorders, pricing, and discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports (stock levels, usage trends, shrinkage, aging) from ServiceTitan for management.
- Provide insights to support forecasting and continuous process improvement.
- Work with field technicians, warehouse staff, operations, and purchasing teams to ensure parts availability for jobs.
- Assist in training technicians or office staff on inventory best practices within ServiceTitan.
- ServiceTitan inventory feature (tracking, counts, PO creation, transfers, reports)
