RA Hoy Heating & Air Conditioning, a trusted home services leader and a NearU Company, is excited to expand our offerings with the launch of a brand-new Plumbing Department—and we’re looking for a strong, experienced Plumbing Manager to help build it from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the creation and successful launch of RA Hoy’s new plumbing department.
• Establish workflows, service standards, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing plumbing team.
• Work closely with branch leadership to align operational goals and growth targets.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, quality control, and customer service standards.
• Perform estimates, review job scopes, and ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
• Monitor department KPIs including revenue, conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Support field staff with technical expertise as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• NC Plumbing License (P1/P2)
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installations, repairs, and job costing.
• Proven ability to develop teams and create a positive, high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• A builder’s mindset—someone who thrives in developing new processes and achieving results.
