What You’ll Do:
- Conduct residential real estate closings professionally and accurately
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Ensure timely and compliant execution and recording of files
- Verify title clearance and financial obligations
- Calculate taxes, insurance, and other transaction costs
- Manage escrow funds and disbursements
- Enter and maintain data in SoftPro
- Collaborate with other Escrow Officers/Closers
- 3 years of escrow or real estate closing experience
- Title insurance experience preferred
- SoftPro experience a plus
- Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to other offices for closings as needed
