Manage the day-to-day operation of the eCommerce website
***Must have Automotive aftermarket or Dealership experience
o Provide second level support for the EBusiness and aftermarket support centers
Review refund requests
Review government purchase forms
Handle customer concerns
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries to the acdelcotds.com email box
o Manage issues that might arise with the website
Create IT help ticket request and manage to resolution
Post maintenance announcement on site for customers
Notify National Automotive Task Force or maintenance windows and issues
o Perform export screening reviews’
o Maintain monthly sales reporting dashboard for management
o Manage IT enhancement projects
Create user test case in TFS
Execute user acceptance testing
Attend code deployment calls and perform testing for sign-off
o Manage website enhancement log and prioritization
o Develop and maintain user support materials for both the field team and end users
o Develop and maintain sales support materials for the field team
o Monitor Kibana for abuse activity
o Manage special access requests including billing

Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Opportunity for extension based on performance and project needs.
- Support and maintain an eCommerce website, focusing on:
- Backend tasks
- Managing small improvement projects
- Acting as second-level support for the help desk
- Handle requests from:
- Helpdesk (e.g., customer refunds, blocked accounts (review and decide on unblocking, etc.)
- Collaborate with:
- IT teams for system improvements
- Service teams related to dealer services
- Work within the Aftermarket space.
Skills & Tools
- Will receive training on specific internal systems.
- Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint is important.
- Assist in creating “How-To” training materials for website users.
