Position: Validation Test Engineer / Lead System Test Engineer – Powertrain & Propulsion
Join our Global Powertrain & Electrification Validation (GPEV) team to lead validation efforts for engine and powertrain propulsion systems—including batteries, drive units, power electronics, transmissions and engines. As a hands-on engineer you will develop and execute test methods, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to bring high-performance propulsion systems to market.
Key Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline
- 2 years engineering experience with propulsion systems (engine, transmission, electric drive)
- Strong lab/test experience with dynamometers, calibration tools or test automation
- Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills
