Industrial Engineering - Launch
- Roles and Responsibilities:Support the development and maintenance of in plant material DLOC, sequence cells, and CMA material flow through acceleration.
- Develop, update, and validate auto cad layouts supporting required space requirements for material activities
- Support launch requests for line side presentation and delivery
- Perform manpower analysis, as required
- Perform trigger time analysis, as required
- Establish CMA and sequencing delivery routes
- Establish processes for bulk, small lot, and sequencing activities
- Liason to current material IE
- Liason to the launch CORE team
- Provide feedback to Global Containers, as required.
- Work with Cross functional team of IE’s and launch coordinators to determine sequencing needs
- Assist in the evaluation of parts lists to determine complexity
- Contact DRE’s to verify part complexity, as required.
- Aid in the analysis of mobile equipment needs
- Assist in providing feedback to CR/DN’s as needed
- Support 3rd Party Activity upon entry of parts into the facility.
- Support complexity reduction initiatives
- Route parts in MGO
- Lookup engineering spec information in GPDS-DA
- Assist in the completion of hand-off of operation responsibilities to the Plant Material Organization.
Salary : $70,500 - $80,200
