Cass Human Service Zone is Hiring a Family Services Support Supervisor in Fargo, North Dakota
Cass Human Service Zone is seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Services Support Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Office Assistant support team within the Family Services Department. Under the direction of the Family Service Department Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring efficient administrative support, and effective coordination of services that help support children, families, and the community. The Family Services Support Supervisor serves as a vital link between frontline support staff, supervisors, and leadership, helping ensure services are delivered in a timely, professional, and client-focused manner.
Support Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and support Office Assistant team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily Office Assistant operations, including workflow coordination, task assignments, front desk coverage, and administrative support functions.
- Provide administrative support to the Family Service Department Manager and supervisors, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and special projects.
- Coordinate client and department travel arrangements in accordance with agency procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical or secretarial work which included opportunities for functioning as a project coordinator, team leader or lead worker. Additional education with major coursework in office support or business or office education may substitute for up to two years of the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
The successful applicant must pass a standard background, motor vehicle, and criminal record check.
