What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in helping children and young adults reach their personal goals. Every day, you’ll make a real difference by:
- Providing in-home support services tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Assisting with daily living skills like bathing, brushing teeth, and household chores.
- Engaging in fun activities and community events—mentoring and meeting individuals where they are.
- Supporting coping and communication skills to foster independence.
- Building lifelong relationships with families while creating positive change.

What We’re Looking For
- Age 16 with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency.
- Experience with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus!
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
