- Strategic Support & Leadership Alignment
- Partner closely with the COO and other leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.
- Translate vision and strategy into actionable plans, ensuring progress and accountability across teams.
- Act as a thought partner, offering analysis, recommendations, and solutions to business challenges.
- Operational Excellence
- Own the rhythm of the business- driving leadership team meetings, operating and reporting cadences, and ensuring organizational alignment through clear communication of priorities and decisions (in partnership with the Communications team for company-wide messaging).
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and delivery of outcomes.
- Identify, address, and remove roadblocks to enable leaders and teams to operate at their best.
- Project & Initiative Management
- Enable successful outcomes of cross-unit initiatives by driving alignment, removing barriers, and escalating key decisions.
- Provide visibility to the CEO/COO and leadership team on progress of strategic initiatives without duplicating PMO reporting.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-functional conflicts or dependencies that slow down progress.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a small team of administrative professionals.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth.
- Ensure administrative operations are coordinated effectively, maximizing efficiency across the executive office.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Provide process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support leadership preparedness for key internal and external engagements.
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks that impact business performance.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a senior leadership support role.
- Demonstrated ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels, driving projects and initiatives to completion.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a bias for action.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
