Role Description The Chief of Staff / Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role based in Kansas City, MO. This role partners closely with company leadership to translate strategy into execution, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that day-to-day operations run eff
iciently.This is not a traditional administrative role.
