Help the Director of Ticketing in day-to-day operations in the ticket office. This includes but is not limited to sales, renewals, data entry, ticket printing/packaging, etc., Collaborate with the McNeese Athletic Foundation to coordinate sponsorship ticket activations, selling tickets at external McNeese events, collaborating with the Southland Conference to facilitate conference tournaments, and interacting with donors. Provide ticket sales reports when required. Supervise designated student staff. Work/supervise the ticket office on game days, process sales and player guest tickets, high school coach tickets, and group outings. Assist in building all seasons in TicketReturn, including single game and season ticket packages. Assist in day-to-day game operations and event management preparation. Run ticket operations for assigned sports. Assist with the setup and break down of all athletic events. Duties will include working evenings and weekends. All other duties assigned. Adheres to NCAA and Southland Conference rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the University, and the University of Louisiana System (ULS).
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to operate departmental budget within allocated resources
Ability to supervise personnel through previous learning experience
Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA DI rules, practices. policies, philosophy and procedures
Willingness To Learn And Passionate About The Customer Experience
