Description Of Work
This position is a Supervisory Health Care Technician II (HCT II) and reports to the Unit Manager at Infirmary. As a lead worker, the HCT II monitors care of individuals by Health Care Technician I's (HCT I) providing feedback to staff as needed. The HCT II provides direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities, some of whom have behavioral problems and/or medical conditions. These services are in the form of:

Recruitment Range: $31,235.00 - $46,852.00

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred.
Direct Care positions require flexibility. The normal work schedule is 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm), Monday - Friday, rotating weekends and holidays; including schedule changes as needed/requested.
