You’ll partner with clients to understand their goals, support investment decision-making, and ensure every interaction reflects exceptional service and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Grow Relationships & the Business

• Support business development within the Emerging Investor Market through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Assist in creating and executing marketing, retention, and growth strategies
• Conduct calls with prospective and existing clients to identify needs, opportunities, and service enhancements
• Schedule and coordinate client and prospect meetings
• Represent the investment platform with confidence and credibility

Deliver Investment Expertise

• Prepare and present client and prospect investment presentations and proposals
• Facilitate risk assessments and discuss investment priorities and objectives
• Educate clients on asset allocation strategies and available investment models
• Participate in annual client meetings to evaluate portfolio performance versus financial goals
• Contribute to monitoring investment performance against benchmarks

Support Portfolio & Account Administration

• Assist with client enrollment and onboarding, including account setup, asset transfers, and allocation model registration
• Monitor account performance, client communications, and fee tracking
• Support asset allocation modeling and preparation of customized client reports
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing account maintenance

Collaborate & Stay Compliant

• Serve on Wealth Management committees as assigned
• Stay current on laws and regulations impacting investment accounts, IRAs, and asset allocation
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements
• Consistently demonstrate a service-oriented, client-first approach

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience

• College degree in business, economics, or finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Working knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and model portfolio management
• Minimum of 3 years of business development experience
• Experience with brokerage and/or investment operations

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including public speaking
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; financial planning software experience a plus
