What You’ll Do
Grow Relationships & the Business
- Support business development within the Emerging Investor Market through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Assist in creating and executing marketing, retention, and growth strategies
- Conduct calls with prospective and existing clients to identify needs, opportunities, and service enhancements
- Schedule and coordinate client and prospect meetings
- Represent the investment platform with confidence and credibility
Deliver Investment Expertise
- Prepare and present client and prospect investment presentations and proposals
- Facilitate risk assessments and discuss investment priorities and objectives
- Educate clients on asset allocation strategies and available investment models
- Participate in annual client meetings to evaluate portfolio performance versus financial goals
- Contribute to monitoring investment performance against benchmarks
Support Portfolio & Account Administration
- Assist with client enrollment and onboarding, including account setup, asset transfers, and allocation model registration
- Monitor account performance, client communications, and fee tracking
- Support asset allocation modeling and preparation of customized client reports
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing account maintenance
Collaborate & Stay Compliant
- Serve on Wealth Management committees as assigned
- Stay current on laws and regulations impacting investment accounts, IRAs, and asset allocation
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements
- Consistently demonstrate a service-oriented, client-first approach
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
- College degree in business, economics, or finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Working knowledge of securities, mutual funds, and model portfolio management
- Minimum of 3 years of business development experience
- Experience with brokerage and/or investment operations
