Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in trust or estate administration? The National Bank of Indianapolis is seeking a Client Support Manager (CSM) to support our Personal Trusts & Estates department. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary operational contact for estate and interim trust accounts—providing hands-on administrative support while delivering exceptional client service and ensuring full compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
How You’ll Contribute
- Support estate administration activities, including paying final bills and administration expenses, canceling or transferring utility services, monitoring medical bills and insurance reimbursements, closing credit accounts and establishing or canceling insurance, monitoring and paying real estate taxes, insurance, and utilities, and assisting with asset distributions and communicating with beneficiaries and attorneys as appropriate.
- Perform trust accounting system functions, including opening and closing accounts, monitoring overdrafts, setting up and depositing assets, and processing disbursement and deposit requests.
- Accurately enter and maintain data for processing and recordkeeping, including disbursements, deposits, transfers, wire requests, and vault-related information.
- Generate spreadsheets, forms, and follow-up tracking for account monitoring and special projects.
- Assist with reconciliation of assets held with outside custodians.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently, including client correspondence, special mailings, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Partner with Trust Officers and team members to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant account administration.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; paralegal coursework or experience is a plus.
- Minimum of three years in an administrative role supporting client service professionals
- At least two years supporting trust and estate administration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-first mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence

- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to interpret data and solve problems effectively
