Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, workflow, and testing accuracy
- Manage quality assurance programs and ensure adherence to CAP/CLIA and state regulations
- Collaborate with pathologists, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Lead staff scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Drive departmental efficiency, safety, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Clinical Laboratory License
- Minimum 3 year of laboratory management or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
