Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee laboratory operations, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
- Ensure CAP/CLIA regulatory compliance and maintain full accreditation readiness.
- Lead budgeting, staffing, performance, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Partner with physicians and clinical leadership on diagnostic and operational priorities.
- Implement and sustain process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Laboratory Director license (or eligibility/equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
