💼 Contract Opportunity

✅ High School Diploma/GED

✅ 6 months-2 years of experience (lab, healthcare, production, or data entry)

• Receive, sort, and accession patient specimens accurately.
• Verify patient and specimen information to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare samples for testing according to laboratory procedures.
• Enter specimen and patient information into laboratory systems.
• Label, package, and distribute specimens to appropriate testing departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow quality control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times.
• Identify and resolve specimen discrepancies or processing issues.
• Operate laboratory equipment used for specimen processing.
• Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, couriers, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor specimen storage conditions and ensure proper handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet productivity and turnaround-time goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
