Our position is for a Full-Time Data Processor, Monday – Friday. Position is in Ulysses.
Qualifications and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with working in an office setting preferred. Skills will include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. Excellent communication, organizational, detail oriented and interpersonal skills are a necessity.
We support our people in services behind the scenes with a great team. General duties include responsibility of details for compliance standards, including but not limited to Excel spreadsheet data tracking, reviewing documents for accuracy, responsibility of obtaining required documents, interpersonal skills and communication are a main function of daily tasks. Employee will be coordinating with Compass staff, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services, Managed Care Organizations, and foster care agencies to fulfill job duties.

Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a necessity. Experience in office and health care setting is preferred.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to a typical office environment and interactions with many different persons. In addition, the employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License and be insurable under the Mental Health Center’s policy in order to operate a Center vehicle. The employee will interact with many different persons in varying stages of recovery from their mental illness.
